Jungle Club Cocktail

This is a mashup between the Clover Club and The Jungle Bird, sometimes they work out quite well in spite of the concept.  In Starsky & Hutch television show they go in search of a missing dancing girl from a tiki bar known as The Jungle Club.  I had created a drink by a similar name, but wanted to see if there was a cocktail like it already out there.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ounce (30ml) fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce (15ml)  Campari
• 1/2 ounce (15ml) raspberry syrup
• 1/4 ounce banana liqueur
• 2 ounces (60ml) pineapple rum
• Vegan foam
• Angostura Spray
