Brother Cleve (2019)
Brother Cleve told me this was his most “Instagrammed” cocktail, and you can see why. It’s a beautiful drink to look at, photograph and sip. Sadly he passed in 2022 but his widow was kind enough to share the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces Butterfly pea infused Puerto Rican light rum
- 1 ounce Parfait d’amour
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
- GARNISH: Edible Glitter
