La Louisiane Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 1/8 ounce Pernod
- 5 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
- 1/2 ounce Benedictine
- 1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- 1.5 ounce Wilde Turkey 101 Rye
- GARNISH: Luxardo cherry
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora Cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cocktail cherry
