Cat’s Pajamas Cocktail

A pre-prohibition cocktail fashioned after the Bee’s Knees.  While not as popular, there are new innovations on this cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces Old Tom Gin
• 3/4 ounce Honey syrup (2 parts honey to 1 part warm water, cooled)
• 3/4 ounce Fresh lemon juice
• Lemon twist garnish

ALTERNATE RECIPE

• 1.5 ounces Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
• 3/4 ounce Pineapple juice
• 1/4 ounce Crème de Violette
• 1/4 ounce Luxardo Maraschino
• Fresh Mint sprigs
