Kangaroo
Kangaroo is simply a name for a Martini that is made with vodka instead of the traditional London Dry Gin. No one calls it that, but that is the name. Instead they will simply ask for a vodka martini, while even some inexperienced bartenders might just make it with vodka by default.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- Stirr for one minute with plenty of of ice
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
