Irish Coffee
Naturally there are many variations of this hot cocktail. You can certainly use anything you like, such as Irish Cream Liquor, or even Sambuca to make it “Italian”. It is simply just a shot of liquor or liqueur in you freshly brewed coffee. If you are using Irish Cream, then no need for the whip cream topping, but that is all up to you!
INGREDIENTS
- 5 ounces fresh brewed coffee
- 1.5 ounces Irish Whiskey
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- GARNISH: Whip Cream
