Christmas Island Martini
This martini is not really different than any other martini recipe, but it does have a twist and it is used with a specific type of gin made by St. George because one of the botanicals is balsam fir, the same tree that has that pine scent.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces/60 ml St. George Gin
- 1 dash Kummel
- GARNISH: Rosemary sprig and/or whole cranberries on a skewer
